Have you ever been at a horse race? If the answer is no we assume that you have not heard about the Mijas Costa Hippodrome. Just recently we got invitations to the sports venue that is opens a few times per year. Line has a typical case of New Begginers Luck and won a “gemela” on the first race, which means that the first two horses to cross the finishing line are the ones you betted on. It was the only win of the night as me and Lulu were short on luck that night… Horse racing has been proved to be one of the oldest sports in the world. Especially in Greece scientists have found acient objects with racing horses painted on them. The Mijas Costa Hippodrome is open every Saturday until the 6th of August.
