As you may have seen in our recent newsletter it is time to get ready for Christmas – although we are only starting to feel that it is autumn. In Redline we are chasing after the positive feeling of yearly satisfaction – with regard to work tasks – awarding each other with nothing other than Redline fishes! The fishes represent a good deed; an appreciation for a good result, new client, new initiative etc. Whatever is worth special recognition. The fishes are normally given by Line but can later on be passed between the staff members. Whoever gets the most fish until the annual Christmas dinner will get an exciting surprise… To be continued!
