Redline Company may not have the fanciest office or the biggest team, but they are definitely the best and most professional team I have ever worked with.

While professionalism is sometimes related to a quiet and boring working environment, this is definitely not the case with Redline Company. The atmosphere you will discover in Redline is both professionalism but it’s also very informal. Redline Company believes in humour as a big part of a good working environment, which I did, not only appreciated, but also enjoy to the fullest!

If you are eager to learn, Redline Company is keen to teach. If you show your worth, you can quickly be allowed to work closely with some of Redline Company’s largest clients.  For you, this could mean:  attending client meetings, being a part of big events in southern Spain, participating in local radio interviews, being invited to club openings with the press, making coffee for Lorna and much more.  Lorna takes her coffee with a little bit of milk, no sugar… just a gently reminder.

It’s unbelievable how quickly the 20 weeks have passed working as an intern at Redline Company. I arrived at Redline in September 2014 with basic knowledge about marketing and graphic design.  In this period I have gained so much experience, and now at the end, I feel very grateful for this opportunity. I know the things I learnt here will help me in my future career.  From the beginning of this period it felt like I was a member of the team and not an intern.  It was fun to work with a friendly team like this and it was never boring.

I chose the fields I wanted to work on and to improve. Graphic Design and Social media were the fields I was most interested in and I am really happy with my progress on improving these skills.  I even worked on web design and if someone had told me that I would work on that before I came here, I wouldn’t believe it. With the help of the useful feedback from the team, I learnt a lot about myself and my skills.

I want to thank the team for their support. They have been very helpful, kind and patient. I also can recommend other students to do their internship at Redline Company. It’s a great company to have a wonderful time and learn a lot!

Thanks Redline for the opportunity and the unforgettable time!

The 3 months I spent as an intern at Redline have passed very quickly, I was never bored working with talented, helpful, creative and friendly team.

I am glad that I had an opportunity to work in several different fields of marketing, including video editing, graphic design and web development. Creating advertisements, posters, banners and other related material has helped me to become more creative and improved my knowledge of several Adobe programs. But mostly I enjoyed working in web design and development, helping to build several websites using HTML, CSS, JQuery, and now I know that this is where my interest lies and the field I would like to pursue.

Thanks to the Redline team I learnt much more than I expected and I am sure that all my skills will be very useful in my future career. So if you are wondering about being an intern in Redline Company, just go for it! I promise you will have fun and learn a lot.

Thank you Redline!

I arrived at Redline in May 2014 with just a little knowledge about marketing, graphic and website design, and over the last three months, I have gained a lot of valuable experience. I have learned how to use different kinds of programmes such as Modx, InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. And I always felt that I was trusted when tasks were given to me.

The internship at Redline isn’t only about learning how to make coffee, there is much more to it. You work as part of the Redline team. I am so happy that I had the opportunity to do an internship at Redline Company. I have gained so much experience and I feel that my skills have greatly improved. When I first arrived, I felt that I couldn’t do anything, but step by step, everyone has helped me to develop and to understand what I really want to do with my life.  Now I can say that I have a better understanding of how marketing works and I know how to use InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop programmes. I was also pleased that I had the chance to use Premier (video editing) and the knowledge I gained at university.

One of the best things about Redline is that you can choose to concentrate on the area of marketing that you would like to work in. Then you can see if it is right for you, and if not, the team is happy to help you to discover the right field.

Thank you Redline Company for such a wonderful and useful time spent in Marbella, Spain. I will miss the time I spent here!
